GROW STRONG OIL TREATMENT:
1-3 Tbsp. Castor oil
3 Tbsp. Witch Hazel (alcohol-free)
1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
5-10 drops essential oils of:
Rosemary
Cedar Wood
Lavender
Peppermint
Mix in bowl, and apply using fingertips massaging from front to back which will stimulate scalp and promote hair growth. Leave in for 1 hour and then gently shampoo.
MOISTURE MASK
1 ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp of coconut oil - melted
1/2 tbsp of honey
Mash + mix in small dish. Part hair in center and apply from root to ends and let sit. Bonus* place shower cap over hair for added moisture. 15-20 minutes than rinse with shampoo (as needed).
PURIFY + SHINE SPRAY
5 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of sea salt
5 drops of tea tree essential oil
5 drops of lavender oil
water - to fill a spray bottle.
Mix in spray bottle: spray until damp. Spray until damp, and comb through ends. After 1 hour: rinse and condition for shine.
Any of these recipes can be modified as needed + oils can be substituted for what you have. However: important to note: castor oil is needed if you’re looking for density and growth.
